More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.

Furthermore featured in this recent image drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying various sections of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.

More documentation made public as part of the continuing oversight release.
